07. If you are already a member of Delphi forums, please list your Delphi Screen Name...if not a member of Delphi, please list "None" or "Not a Member".
08. Your relationship to your Sailor - If you are a Sailor, please list "Self".
09. Your Sailor's first name ONLY! If you are a Sailor, list "Self" For status, please list DEP, Active, Reserve, Retired, or Veteran.
10. For Deppers...please list "Basic - Date expected to leave for boot camp". For Recruits in Basic...list "Basic - Great Lakes and expected date of PIR (graduation) if known. If your Sailor is in school, list the type of school and base (for example "A School - Great Lakes") If your Sailor is attached to a ship, sub, or squadron, please list the name of the ship, sub, or squadron (not where it is homeported). If your Sailor is with a special unit not attached to a particular ship, please list their unit number and base (for example ACU-5 San Diego). If your Sailor is on a shore duty assignment, list "Shore Duty and the name of the base or city".
11. If referred by one of our members, please be specific and list their name and/or screen name. If you heard of us from another site or group, please list the site or group.
COMMENTS: This field is not required, but you may add any information that you would like to share...such as your birthday, your spouse's or S/O's name and birthday, your anniversary, your Sailor's birthday, pet's name, other children, etc. Birthdays and anniversaries will be listed on our official UNF calendar.
